  1. What happens when you open the site — do you get an error message, a blank page, or is it just very slow?
  2. Is this happening just for you, or for other people in your company too?
  3. What device and browser are you using?

Thanks. The website is www.greenhollowfinance.co.uk. I’m getting a white page with “502 Bad Gateway”. I’ve checked with 2 colleagues and they’re seeing the same thing. I’m on a Windows laptop using Chrome.

A 502 error usually means the site is reachable, but something behind it isn’t responding properly.

Just to rule out the simple bits, could you try these for me?

  • Open the site in an incognito/private window
  • Try another browser if you have one
  • Try on mobile data from your phone, not office Wi-Fi

If it still shows the same error after that, I’ll get this over to the in-house IT manager with everything already noted.

I’ve tried incognito and Edge on my laptop, and I also checked on my phone using mobile data. Same 502 error on all of them.

That tells us it’s very unlikely to be your device, browser, or office connection.

I’m going to escalate this to our in-house IT manager now at Pokkit Ltd for deeper investigation.

I’ve captured:

  • Affected users: you + 2 colleagues
  • Tested on: Chrome, Edge, incognito, phone on mobile data
  • Result: same issue everywhere

Before I pass it on, is this urgent in terms of customers being unable to place orders, submit forms, or contact you?

Yes, it’s fairly urgent. Clients use the contact form on the site and a few people have already mentioned they can’t access it.

This now needs deeper investigation by the in-house IT manager. They’ve got the full summary already, so you shouldn’t need to repeat yourself.
